Tyler M. Smith has over 20 years of experience as a practicing attorney, focusing primarily on estate planning, probate, and litigation work. He's represented private individuals, small businesses, and large civic stakeholders, and has worked in private practice and for the Iowa Attorney General's Office, where he served as a trial attorney for the Special Litigation and Regents divisions. Collectively, he's successfully litigated over $100,000,000 in claims ranging from will contests and employment discrimination, to torts and negligence, and contract and investment loss.
